very rude guy, and had drinks ready for 15 minutes sitting in front of us but told us they weren’t ready, and then when he was ready he just pushed them up. Why I couldn’t just grab what was mine, what was right in front of me? View all feedback.

The staff seems inexperienced, as if they believe that reading a label and brewing coffee is as complicated as rocket science. About 9 out of 10 times, my food and coffee are incorrect, and when I request a remake or a change, they respond with an attitude, as if I were the one who made the mistake.
I’m not a fan of the new app. It doesn’t always function properly, and trying to redeem offers can be challenging at times.

Fresh Dunkin coffee and donuts. Clean facility. Friendly and efficient customer service. The best run Dunkin I've ever visited.
I've probably spent $50 here this year without getting my money's worth. They often mix up my coffee orders and forget about the donuts or baked goods I've added. It seems like they are always training new staff, which is great, but it also means they rarely have time to address the problems because they're busy running around. I don't blame the workers for this; it's a management issue.

I had one of the best experiences I've ever had at Dunkin'! My friend and I visited this location, and the customer service provided by Matt and Anijia (apologies if I misspelled that!) was outstanding. They created personalized drinks for us and assisted us in making our ordering decisions, all while engaging in friendly conversation. It was a truly delightful experience. Thank you, Matt and Anijia!
That's a great Dunkin' compared to others. The staff is friendly. There's no drive-thru, but you can use the convenient on-the-go ordering option.
Duncan Donuts, Eliot Street, Beverly is a comfortable oasis for one to find drinks of their choice, service and a good place to rest. Whether alone to meet someone's power business or social conversation, it feels comfortable. Excellent.
Best dunks around. The morning crew is pretty much perfect. They'll give you exactly what you need with consistent excellence.
This Dunkin' location is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food and coffee were both fresh. The atmosphere is nicely dark and inviting. I especially appreciated how kind the staff was to my children; it was really heartwarming. I will definitely return to this spot, and I also liked that my coffee was made without sugar, unlike at some other locations.
