I es... read more This Dunkin' location is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food and coffee were both fresh. The atmosphere is nicely dark and inviting. I especially appreciated how kind the staff was to my children; it was really heartwarming. I will definitely return to this spot, and I also liked that my coffee was made without sugar, unlike at some other locations.

My friend and I visited this location, and the customer service provided by Matt and Anijia (apologies if I misspelled that!) was outstanding. They created personalized drinks for us and assisted us in making our ordering decisions, all while engaging in friendly conversation. It was a truly delightful experience. About 9 out of 10 times, my food and coffee are incorrect, and when I request a remake or a change, they respond with an attitude, as if I were the one who made the mistake.
