At Bertucci’s Beverly, diners have experienced a blend of challenges and highlights. Many noted issues with slow service, attributed largely to understaffing and a lack of management oversight. While some servers showed commendable effort amidst the chaos, patrons often faced long wait times for both seating and food. Cleanliness and food quality were also points of concern, with reports of debris in seating areas and lackluster meal preparation. I highly recommend SoBol Beverly for their amazing acai bowls! The fruit is fresh and delicious, and the shop is clean with friendly staff. I love that they are willing to customize the bowl to my taste (no bananas) and that it is gluten-free. Overall, a fantastic experience.
I love this place so much that it is my fav. the pizza is only if you know what I mean.
Two stars, because the pizza and the rolls are still very good, even if they have to wait forever to get them. unfortunately it takes longer.
Showed up to check in and waited several minutes. When finally addressed by a clearly annoyed man we explained that we had a reservation and he became even more disgruntled telling us that they don't take reservations and he'd get back to us. Several minutes later a server came and sat us at a table. One server for the entire restaurant as far as we could tell. He did his best, but we then watched our food sit waiting to be picked up and brought to the table for quite some time. Also, once it was brought out we never saw him again until the check was delivered.
Bertucci's food prep, quality portions never disappoint!! Their staff, although limited, is efficient, attentive they all work to provide the best service possible. Their dining in specials are amazing, (80's Throw Back prices) which draws in crowds, so a little patience consideration on the part of their customers goes far in helping to make everyone's dining experience more pleasant. ?. Thank you to the Bertucci's Beverly team! We'll keep coming back, again again! ??
