We walking in the place and the first thing a man from the staff said was Who let you in It was 10:00 Am in the morning and he was trying to explain that we don't have enough staff to keep indoor dining open. So we told them it's all good, we will make mobile order and pick up and leave. Manger said no because the MOBLIE ORDER HAVE TO BE ONLY IN DRIVE THROUGH Please someone from the staff explain and educate that man that mobile order can be pick up in store. It's not only for drive through. The man was so uneducated that he didn't even know thir store is showing open online. Only message I have for the GM is to hire people that can read and have high education then middle school.

Ketchup all over the place, water on the floors in-front of the beverage station, ice was empty and machines looked like they haven’t been cleaned. Service was SLOW, it took me 10 minutes just to order. Cashier dropped my food on the floor and laughed and the manager just rolled his eyes at her. I had to ask twice for missing items. Manager helping make the food had no gloves on while handling the food. My food was cold and old. The bathrooms were equally as dirty, water and toilet paper all over the floor. I don’t know what is happening in that restaurant but it’s not good. Definitely will not be returning.

I looked behind the counter, an... read more If I could rate this 0 stars I would've. I went in for a late snack around 7 after work and ordered chicken nuggets and a drink. I looked behind the counter, and as I saw nobody was wearing hair nets, nor gloves. The young lady on fries was holding the fry boxes and touching fries without proper gloves; with bare hands. I was also treated poorly at the counter when my order was taken, not in a polite manner and with attitude. Cleaning supplies were all over by food prep areas, and the dining room too was poorly kept. Would not be stopping by again, very disappointed.
