How can they expect customers to eat in a kitchen that looks like that? They messed up my sandwich, then they forgot to make a strawberry lemonade after I asked three times. How does one forget three times?

They wasted my money and my time.... read more If I could rate it, I would. This Wendy's is the worst I've ever experienced. I waited a long time to receive the wrong order. They wasted my money and my time. If you want fresh food, go in the morning when the manager is there. Avoid going after 4 o'clock because the employees clearly do not care about what they serve. They need to be more professional and act like adults instead of careless children.

I understand that this location is very busy, but the employees need to take the time to ensure that orders are 100% accurate. I don't mind waiting occasionally, but if I am waiting more than 10 minutes (which happens every time and ranges from 5-10 minutes), I expect everything to be included in my order, whether I order two items or twenty.
