The parking lot was empty and there was one car in front of us in the drive through. We were barely looking at the menu for a minute and let alone the lightin the menu was out so my husband had to use his phone and didn't have his glasses. The employee was so rude I told my husbandto leave. We did not get dinner tonight.I have never experienced such disrespect from an employee purposely. This employeeshould be fired and I hope the interactions are recorded so corporate can look into this.

I'll probably never go back for breakfast for thisreason

Everytime I go there either my order is all messed up or it?s just made very poorly. When I order my food I ask for some items to be sub from bf tobn. Especially the Mexican pizza. Everytime I call them their whole staff is rude. Don?t forget the managers as well. Whenyou?re speaking to them they end the call and just don?t care.

Today I went to walk across the street from my job to grab lunch after I ordered it from the app and I went inside and I was told I had to leave the building in... read more Today I went to walk across the street from my job to grab lunch after I ordered it from the app and I went inside and I was told I had to leave the building instead of serving the customer which I am so I had to walk threw the drive thru and I waitingin line with several cars around me and stood at the menu screen for at least 10 minutes without being spoken too and then Idecided to walk up to the window and they took 10 extra minutes to even come and ask what my order is and then they tried togive me less then what I ordered and didn?t give me my drink and had to wait for them to open the drive thru window to tell themabout it and this Taco Bell location is unprofessional and I will not be spending my time, money, or stepping foot on therepremises again so they lost one customer who comes there a few times on weekly basis at this location on Easton avenue

I wish infl... read more This location is fast with good workers. Taco bell food in general is trashy but for some reason you keep coming back to feel trashy all over again. I wish inflation didn't bump their meaty dollar menu to $2. Don't forget to ask for sauce cause it's notgiven by default.
