I placed a pickup order through the app, which indicated that I needed to call when I arrived. Upon arrival, I called and was asked to come inside to place my o... read more I placed a pickup order through the app, which indicated that I needed to call when I arrived. Upon arrival, I called and was asked to come inside to place my order instead. There was some confusion and a lot of back and forth as I explained that I had already used the app for pickup. I was told that the order was ready when placing it inside, but if I wanted to stick to the app, I would have to wait 10-15 minutes. What's the point of using the app for pickup if I can’t actually pick it up? Eventually, everything was sorted out and my food was brought out, but it really shouldn’t have been that difficult.

You could te... read more One teenage worker kept bothering distracting the person making my sandwich. She kept asking to borrow his cellphone to call her boyfriend nonstop. You could tell he was distracted and had to keep looking at the sign on how to make the sandwich. Themanager was right there and didn?t do anything about it.

Had to call another location and they tried to call and they wouldn't answer, we ended up calling, emailing corporate office to let them know I went over at lunch and 2 people onsite, neither speak a word of English, thisexplains not picking up the phone. Difficult to say the least, took long. Time..., but food was good.i won't go back there
