Green Leaf's - Bethlehem

The salad restaurant offers many types of toppings for the 3 types of base greens to make a very great salad. Timing was essential as we got there and they were refilling all of the toppings. The employee organizing the the salad bar did a wonderful job making it look appealing and very desirable. While we were waiting to pay a woman look at the choice of toppings and she ended up with close to 10 toppings because they all looked so good. When we sat down to eat there was so much to eat we ended up with enough to get a second meal out of the salad. If you get to Wind Creek make a point of visiting Green Leaf's

I ordered tomato soup, they delivered chicken noodle soup and I don't eat meat. It is not a good experience

I love this place, excellent food service. I'll return family next time. Feeling here is like a restaurant in Fort Worth I liked.

We ordered sandwiches here because they looked to be the healthiest option at the casino food court and we definitely made the right decision. The server prepared our food well and it looks like all their ingredients are fresh. The manager there (Ysabel) was so nice and helpful with our decisions. I’d drive out of my way to come eat here again.
