It's ok. I didn't make a bug deal out of it. I know wasn't done on purpose.A guy who took my order, and a girl who gave it to me were very nice and polite.I will return if I'm in the area.

Seems to just care about profit, as so many subpar businesses now do.

There is no drive-thru, but you can... read more This Dunkin' is very charming and has a nice seating area. However, there is no free parking available, only metered spots. There is no drive-thru, but you can walk in through one of the two entrances. Both the men's and women's restrooms had "OUT OF ORDER" signs on the doors, but they were unlocked. My avocado toast was missing the everything spice on top and was placed upside down in the box, so when I flipped it over to eat, the avocado side ended up on the bottom. It's alright, though; I didn’t make a big deal out of it since I knew it wasn't intentional. The guy who took my order and the girl who handed it to me were both very nice and polite. I would return if I'm in the area again.

While it is a typical Dunkin' that can fulfill your bas... read more I have visited many Dunkin' locations over the years, and I can honestly say that this one is the worst. While it is a typical Dunkin' that can fulfill your basic coffee needs, I've encountered numerous bad experiences here. For instance, I received a coffee with an unusual amount of cream when I only asked for one, they took my order right before closing and then didn’t fulfill it, and the staff has been rude on several occasions. If you're just looking for a quick coffee, you might be fine, but don't expect great service at this location.
