I ordered a small chai latte with a espresso shot and that was $6 I stopped asking questions after they charged me $4 for something that was marked at $3.49. Will be a long time before I order here again. Smh.

Inexperienced staff, including children, gossip, fail to take orders properly at the speaker, and leave customers waiting. They struggle to give correct change. Orders are slow, lines are long, and the owner is nowhere to be seen—definitely a disappointing experience.

The store is clean, and the employees are polite and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of donuts available; they had more choices than my usual location. The new tomato-pesto grilled cheese is definitely worth a try. It's a tasty sandwich that outshines what you typically find at other fast-food restaurants.
