D... read more I visited today and saw a young girl working there who seemed to be abandoned by her manager. You could see tears in her eyes and a look of panic on her face. Despite this, she maintained her composure and delivered excellent customer service. I didn't catch her name, but she truly deserves better.

Unfortunately, my hot coffee was serv... read more I won't be going back to this Dunkin'. After a disappointing experience in the past, I thought I'd give them another shot. Unfortunately, my hot coffee was served in a plastic cup with a lid, and the employee didn't provide any explanation. When I asked, I learned they were out of regular lids. I should have refused the coffee and walked out, but instead, I ended up with hot coffee spilled all over my hand, clothes, and car seat.

Since I just moved to the area, I've been to this location three times, and on each visit, they've forgotten part of my order.

This location appears to be very busy, and the staff behind the counter seemed overwhelmed. However, my order was completely incorrect. When I pointed it out, t... read more This location appears to be very busy, and the staff behind the counter seemed overwhelmed. However, my order was completely incorrect. When I pointed it out, the employee apologized and took the coffee back, but then made the same mistake again. Given how busy it was and my need to be on time for an appointment, I decided to leave without receiving the correct drink. There is an obvious difference between iced coffee with skim milk and iced coffee with cream, yet she served me iced coffee with cream twice.

Additionally, the location is a bit difficult to access.
