I absolutely adore this Dunkin'! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Whenever I come here with my daughter, the owner kindly gives her a free donut, which really brightens her day. This is by far the best customer service I’ve encountered at any Dunkin'.
This location appears to be very busy, and the staff behind the counter seemed overwhelmed. However, my order was completely incorrect. When I pointed it out, the employee apologized and took the coffee back, but then made the same mistake again. Given how busy it was and my need to be on time for an appointment, I decided to leave without receiving the correct drink. There is an obvious difference between iced coffee with skim milk and iced coffee with cream, yet she served me iced coffee with cream twice.
The parking lot is somewhat disorganized. Unfortunately, they were out of bagels today, which was a letdown. The croissant was burned in several spots. Additionally, the location is a bit difficult to access.
I won't be going back to this Dunkin'. After a disappointing experience in the past, I thought I'd give them another shot. Unfortunately, my hot coffee was served in a plastic cup with a lid, and the employee didn't provide any explanation. When I asked, I learned they were out of regular lids. I should have refused the coffee and walked out, but instead, I ended up with hot coffee spilled all over my hand, clothes, and car seat.
