Worst DD I’ve ordered from. Customer service is confusing. I’ve also gotten my orders wrong multiple times.
Worst dunkin ever. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. Terrible dunkin to work for. he refuses to give me my w2 from when I worked there bc he disliked me as an employee. Do not recommend at all!
The customer service is absolutely astonishing. We went through the drive thru and we immediately were aware of the workers attitude. As we were ordering, he was very impatient and difficult with. He didn’t try and hide the fact that he was very impatient and annoyed with us. When it was time for us to pull up he was acting the same with other people being us. Rolling his eyes and laughing at them. I understand that they were understaffed but he could’ve gone a little nicer with it. I work at a place where sometimes it’s one or two of us and we don’t we are never rude with the customers, because we like to treat them like their family, this man was didn’t even try to be nice. Kept us hunny like we were children. Sir, we came to order food at dunkin, and if you don’t agree with that then find a different career. Ps stand up when you’re working. The other 2 poor workers were actually working and trying to do the whole line of orders, while still being kind. They deserve a raise. Just so the boss knows who these workers were: they worked around 1pm on Monday December 6th.
I understand that they may have been understaffed, but there’s no excuse for rudeness. I work in a similar environment where we often have only one or two people on shift, and we always strive to treat our customers with kindness and respect because we consider them like family. This employee, however, did not make any effort to be courteous and treated us as if we were children. We merely came to order food at Dunkin', and if he finds that objectionable, then perhaps he should reconsider his career choice. Additionally, I believe employees should stand up while working to better serve customers. The other two workers, on the other hand, were doing their best to manage the line and were genuinely kind. They deserve recognition and a raise for their hard work. To the management, please note that these workers were on duty around 1 PM on Monday, December 6th.
I sat at home watching my steelers. There's a knock on my door. Because at the door, I'd say, managers, you've lost everything. I was confused. He gives me my wallet. There was also an apprentice waiting for me in the same Stefko store. Very polite. I want the young man to contact me. Very good service
