If I could give 0 stars I would. Would have had a better chance at the McDonald’s next store. Places an online mobile order for like $20 worth of food (not uncommon items) and we get to the restaurant after they ACCEPTED our money online and say they are “closed” and they can’t give us our order…. So why would you even accept the order and take our money then? The female employee that I talked to was very rude…. It’s 6pm we didn’t order a lot of food and we didn’t order late.
Very slow for a fast food place and not the counters fault. The woman at the window was working the inside and window counters. In the office was I take it the manager doing nothing at all she should of been helping . My guess is she is to good to help. I will not recommend going to this Burger king at all worth the drive to go elseware.
Watched manager scraped fries from fry holder just to attempt to fill my order. Onion rings were cold. Whopper was cold as they took one whopper out of the warmer and had to make the other one while in bag. Manager allowed girls up front to talk toeach other being loud and cursing while customers wait for their food.
Was here the other night at 10:30 and the grandma at the drive thru said they were only fulfilling Doordash orders. Grandma was too lazy to make food even though the restaurant was open.
I wish there was a zero star option. I sat at drive thru and not a word. When I pull up to the window the lady is standing at the front counter as if there are walk in customers and shuffles around and walks over. As I started telling her I 'd like togive her my order she proceeded to tell me to pull back around that she told me to hold on . Mind blown. #1 you didn 't sayanything, hence why i waited until i decided the time i sat waiting was unreasonable which is why i pulled up to the window tosee what the hold up was aince there wasnt anyone in front of me. I garantee this lady is someone who I 'm sure demands premiumcustomer service at Walmart and can 't do it at her own job...I 'll give you a word of advice....aside from the fact that yoursoda machine is broken I 'd start with fixing your service. Here is a prime example of someone who decided to get an entry leveljob and demands $15 an hour but can 't give more than minimum wage service. The rational I had was to just go somewhere elseinstead of playing into stupidity, which I did. Thankfully the other place had customer service skills and was able to usecommon sense to aid in the process. It 's not that I don 't have anything else better to do than be a Karen and complain, it 'smore so of making a point that if you work an entry level job and demand higher wages...you should offer more than minimum wageservice if you believe you deserve to be paid higher than minimum wage. The people making $25 or $30+ an hour are able to thinkon their feet and fix at issue at hand rather than telling the people they provide services to to go back to start and I 'lltalk to you then .
