Roasted - Bethlehem

This restaurant in the Lehigh Valley is truly one of the best. I love their Sir Charles dish and their flavored coffees are delicious.

In terms of vegetarian options, they are mixed in with vegan and regular dishes, offering a wide variety to choose from. As for parking, you will need to find a spot on the street and be prepared to pay for it every day except Sundays. While the restaurant is a bit small, it is still wheelchair accessible and someone in a wheelchair should be able to navigate the space comfortably.

This restaurant is a comfortable place with both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There are plenty of choices on the menu for all diners. They serve breakfast and lunch options. I ordered the classic breakfast sandwich which allowed me to choose between scrambled or over hard eggs, meat, cheese, and bread, all served with home fries. It was delicious.

I'm vegan so I would want to write a good review. But I am used to vegans being kind and compassionate to humans as well as animals. I was told not to go here because kind, gentle, civil, paying customers freinds of mine were kicked out for discussing political affiliation. I find that terribly mean and over controlling for any business to do. Furthermore getting on here and reading about clealiness issues, cements my decision. Hopefully there's other sanitary vegan options .

Best Breakfast EVER!!! Oreo French Toast is by far worth the hour drive just to try this! Staff was friendly and helpful, great experience and I enjoyed the atmosphere.
