Saxbys - Bethlehem

I had a great experience at Saxbys coffee. The sandwich I ordered was delicious, and I also enjoyed the blueberry cobbler iced coffee. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. It's a great spot to hang out with friends or get some work done while enjoying a cup of coffee.

Nice cafe on Lehigh University campus. Good for studying or meeting with friends. I love all the plant-based options!

Numerous vegan breakfast options that aren't just oatmeal or something lame. Actual burritos and sandwiches and stuff. Plant based milks are almond and oat. Super good prices for the vegan sandwiches.

Nice atmosphere! Good coffee. The doughnuts were not that good. Chairs could be better. Cute place for a coffee.

Normal coffee shop. It seems to take covid precautions pretty seriously!
