Nestled in scenic BERMAGUI, this restaurant offers a delightful dining experience marked by scrumptious food and stunning views over the marina. Guests rave about the flavorful pasta dishes and tasty pizzas, while fresh seafood, such as kingfish, receives high praise for its quality. Despite occasional service hiccups, including slow wait times and mixed interactions with staff, the overall ambiance remains inviting. Some diners noted a lack of clarity in meal deals and pricing, yet the extensive menu and generous portions contribute to a generally enjoyable experience. It’s a must-visit for food lovers exploring this coastal charm.
We decided to book a dinner here based on fantastic reviews and we were not disappointed. Although the service was a bit slow, it was very respectful, especially considering the restaurant was full of diners. The dishes were truly delicious. We both loved the kingfish with an amazing cabbage salad that we finished completely. The portion sizes were generous and the fish was of superb taste and quality. Overall, this restaurant is top class in every respect.
The meal was delicious, I would love to try more items from the menu. The service was quick and the staff was very friendly. The meringue fool dessert was delightful.
Overall, our experience at this small, busy restaurant in Bermagui was quite enjoyable. The pizzas were great, with just the right amount of toppings and a delicious chewy and crispy base. The pastas were good, although not outstanding. The duck ragu was rich and flavorful, the linguine had plenty of prawns, and the risotto was excellent. Some of us found the pastas to be average, but others thought they were very good, showing that taste is subjective. The service we received was excellent, making for a pleasant dining experience. We have dined here twice, once for takeaway pizza and once for a friend's birthday, and both times were satisfying.
Pizzas were good, we sat outside on a windy night. It was my partner's birthday. Was a good experience, but pizzas were a bit salty and small in size. Place is meant to be the only fine dining experience in Bermagui, the vibes were nice but I wouldn't order pizza again if I go there next time. I might go for their pasta...starters were not bad..
