It's still a nice place with friendly service, but the pho has unfortunately gone downhill. I thought it was a fluke last time, but the taste was more like instant food. A shame.

Sheltering from the rain, I went in randomly and didn 't regret it. A starter of roast chicken (fried drumstick with a little kimchi) and a generous pho for 19 euros, tip included. So good!
