I love when staff is making fun of customers, yes I came in quite late, but it does say that they are still working, then I see them scavenging for pieces of chicken for my order and laughing at me, additionally I asked to look at ingredients in English as I have an allergy but I was laughed at again and told that the menu is in English even though it was just the name, very unhappy with staff and their team members, paid full price as well
This is because of RECISM unexpected uncultured behaviours by the outside gate supervisor. I was utterly shocked after went for having my LUNCH in KFC. BOXER FIGHTER stood up Infront of the KFC as I believe definitely MANAGER given training to do this types of unexpected behaviours with the Customers. Outside door man just started seriously attacked types behaviours whenever she saw my Colour is ASIAN. He didn't let me to Inn started to told me so many things shouted aggressive his face and communications that he didn't wanted to let in no TOILETS NO PERMISSIONS TO USED THE TOILETS IF I DIDN'T BOUGHT FOODS the much I understood his language. I was saying I wanted to have my LUNCH Chicken fry to bought but who was listening to me non STOP again and again. Is this behaviours with the Customers and is this the Customers services Training given by the MANAGER. I didn't have any intentions to went Toilet. Slums attacked behaviours did I went for spending my money. He seen I am TOURIST with the Laugage so that he thought he got chances so please I would like to inform POLICE and MARKET Management Authorities Council in ALEXANDER PLATZ. Never been faced this types of awkward very serious situations ever been in ITALY SWITZERLAND HOLLAND several European countries we visited and we have eaten KFC MCDONALD especially. LONDON too many many KFC and they are always welcoming buy or don't buy Customers used their WC for free. Doesn't matters no one is running away to go TOILETS if LOCKED. Main Reception should to be at least minimum standard levels of Educational Qualified CUSTOMERS CARE Course. I would like to recommend for UK and ASIANS HOLIDAYS makers please avoid to go that KFC. We shouldn't be allows RACE DISCRIMINATIONS from the very lower Slums. I was seriously hungry and urgently I needed foods. There are too many many German Citizens they are very welcoming unbelievably helpful even though they never been seen me before. Ashamed for HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM BUSSINNESS.
I had one of the worst fast-food experiences at KFC Berlin Alexanderplatz. The chicken was extremely oily, and shockingly, I found a feather in my food. And the burger patty was extremely salty. This is a serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable. When I raised the issue, the employee behaved rudely and showed no professionalism or concern. Instead of apologizing or offering help, they were dismissive. This branch urgently needs better quality control and staff training. I will not be returning unless serious improvements are made.
Very Disappointing and Unhygienic Experience at Alexanderplatz Branch Me and my friend recently visited the KFC branch at Alexanderplatz in Berlin, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The chicken served to us was excessively oily, to the point that it was unpleasant to eat. Even more concerning, we found a feather in one of the chicken pieces, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. When we reported this to the employee, his response was very unprofessional. He said that this is “usual,” which was shocking to hear. Instead of properly addressing the issue, he replaced the chicken with another piece that was again overly oily. There was no apology or serious attempt to resolve the situation. This experience showed a lack of quality control, hygiene standards, and customer service. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and improves food quality and staff training at this branch.
