And the burger patty was extremely salty. This is a serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable. When I raised the issue, the employee behaved rudely and showed no professionalism or concern. Instead of apologizing or offering help, they were dismissive. This branch urgently needs better quality control and staff training. I will not be returning unless serious improvements are made.
