First time, my pasta was barely eatable due to an overdose of pepper but I thought I‘d give it another try. This time, I did not even get that far. After 25 minutes waiting to order I went inside to ask if I could order there directly since it was taking so long. But the waitress told me really rudely that I would just have to wait and that she was not to blame. She then told me to just go somewhere else. While leaving the restaurant, she started cursing in Italian. Oh and btw, the owner was sitting inside watching the whole scene and enjoying a bowl of pasta. Never experienced anything this unprofessional.
