I tried the recipe yesterday. really delicious (although it didn't seem anything :)) however, I modified a little because I didn't have all the ingredients: - instead of spring onions, I used real onions - I made 4 tomatoes puree for tomato sauce - which has mussarela replaced with feta cheese - unfortunately no fresh basil also :( I also took a photo, vu load it in the coming days. thanks for the inspiration! very excellent!

I prefer when the eggplants are soft and the meat well past, like a sauce to the bologna. let the dish boil for half an hour and only add the zucchini after 15 minutes so that they are very crispy. to create an even more Mediterranean aroma, I put two branches of rosemary and took before serving.
