My partner had the Veggie Steak while I went for the hearty Commander's Envy. Even our young child enjoyed the vegan mac and cheese. I was also impressed by the wine list, with many delicious options to choose from.

Berlin is a cute little town with many boutiques and restaurants and the Blacksmith is right off the main drag with ample parking. The lunch menu had several vegan options that were clearly marked and the wait staff was knowledgeable and very accommodating. Lunch was so good we went back for dinner a few days later and enjoyed ourselves all over again. Would definitely recommend!

He also tried the eggplant sandwich, which was both inventive and flavorful. I had the softshell crab sandwich, which came with delicious toppings that elevated it beyond a regular sandwich. Honestly, I think I’ve found my new favorite restaurant! We will definitely be returning many times!

I highly recommend the grapefruit Paloma—it's a must-try! The attentive service enhances the dining experience, and the pork belly bao bun is simply delicious. While the shrimp po' boy was pretty good, the fish and chips fell short as the fish lacked seasoning. Overall, a great spot.
