I recently placed an online order and, unfortunately, the food was as disappointing as ever. I really regret giving this restaurant another shot. One of the special subs was missing ingredients, and the sandwiches were poorly assembled. Just because one person doesn't want their bun toasted doesn't mean it should come out hard and stale. The quality used to be much better under previous management. To make matters worse, they forgot to double the meat on one sub and burnt another that shouldn’t have been toasted at all. Overall, it was a complete letdown.
The employees at the Subway in Ocean Pines were quite unprofessional and unwelcoming, which made it seem like they didn’t want to be there. I won’t be coming back to this location.
The service here is always friendly and prompt. The restaurant is clean and well-stocked. Every employee is kind, knowledgeable, and quick to offer a smile. This is easily the best Subway I've ever visited. It's clear that they take pride in their work.
Visiting the area for the third time, my wife and I stopped here for a quick lunch upon arrival. The food and service were good, but we were disappointed to find that roast beef was no longer offered. We both enjoy this topping on our subs and hope it will return in the future.
