The sushi chef at Sue's is incredible. She has a cozy little restaurant that is a hidden gem across from Ocean Pines South Gate, near Eating Lions and Rita Likor. I have been working here for a year and would highly recommend dining in or getting takeout for a wonderful experience. My coworker Georgia and I will serve you with a smile. It's always a blast at Sue's! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sue's Asian Cuisine:
The reviews are accurate. This restaurant serves the worst Asian food within a 50-mile radius. The employee at the front also has a bad attitude. I was one of their first customers when they opened about 10 years ago, but over time, the quality has declined. There have been at least two different owners, but the current one still can't seem to get it right. I would not recommend their sushi - the rice was muddy the l... View all feedback.
I really enjoy the homemade duck sauce that accompanies the wontons. The broccoli with garlic sauce and fish-flavored broccoli are delicious. The Spicy Kani Salad was decent.
The eggrolls were way overdone. The crackers for the hot sour soup were stale. The soup had no flavor but was spicy. The Steamed Pork Dumplings (6)水饺 were ok but nothing special. The sushi and the sweet and sour chicken were the only items we would order again.
The restaurant provided quick service and delicious food. I especially enjoyed the fresh yellowtail and salmon dishes.
It appears that there is always the same individual at this restaurant, and they are not very friendly or professional. The menu advertised 5 ribs on the bone for $12.95, but only 4 were served, with one being significantly smaller. When we inquired about this discrepancy, we were told that 4 is the smaller portion. The lack of a to-go cup for the remaining drink and a lack of a proper goodbye or thank you only added to our disappointment. In contrast, the individual was overly friendly towards the customers behind us. Overall, we found this experience to be unpleasant and won't be returning. An adjustment in attitude is definitely needed.
Sue's Asian Kitchen provides a satisfying dining experience with delicious Mongolian beef, flavorful Hunan chicken, and tasty pork pot stickers. The service could be better, but overall it is a worthwhile visit for those looking for a fulfilling Asian meal.
