Nice place, okay to bring kids to lunch, but still manages to have a dinner for adults and drinks at night. I think it's hard to reach! I liked the hash for breakfast, and I liked the oyster option in the evening. Good wine list. We had a pasta dinner with pork that was very good.

Everything we tried was very delicious. Many unique flavors, but it works everything. The staff is friendly and at the top. Absolutely come back.

I'm always searching for great cafes to work in, and Western Pacific is definitely one of them! The interior is beautiful, and while the selection of pastries is somewhat limited, they are absolutely delicious. The location is also quite lively and enjoyable. I ordered a chai, which was a bit more bitter than what I'm accustomed to, but it still had a pleasant and mild flavor. The only drawback is that seating is limited—Berkeley students seem to love studying here—and parking can be quite challenging and expensive in Downtown Berkeley.

Everything we tried was very delicious. Lots of unique flavors but it all works. The staff is friendly and on top of things. Definitely coming back.

Ordered the veggie ragu and some crispy potatoes. I have never had a ragu before. It was a very tasty soup-like dish of large beans and cauliflower in a thick stock. The crispy potatoes went together well. I also had a coffee, which may have been thebest tasting coffee I have ever had in Berkeley. The price was a little higher than I'd prefer, but I walked in hungry and leftfull, and I really enjoyed the meal.
