I wanted to drop a review here for chef Elle Cowan, who is one of the founders of SoDo donuts in addition to mindblowing donuts, Elle also creates custom desserts for special events, and she made our wedding cake, along with a variety of bite sized desserts for our guests. I want to highlight Chef Elle Cowan, co-founder of SoDo Donuts, for her exceptional work. Beyond their amazing donuts, Elle creates custom desserts for special events. She made our wedding cake along with an assortment of bite-sized treats for our guests. Many said it was the best wedding cake they’d ever had! The cake included olive oil, fresh lemon curd, marionberry buttercream, seasonal fruit, flowers, and basil—it was absolutely divine. We also loved the mochi chocolate cupcakes and the gorgeous stone fruit pie bars. Every bite perfectly captured the taste of summer. The desserts were as stunning as they were delicious.
