I visit Lavender Bread Cafe at least once or twice a week, have gotten to know the founder, and can recognize nearly everyone who interacts with customers. This is by far the best bakery in the area, consistently delivering top-quality baked goods that have never disappointed me over the years. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, always making me feel welcome. Thank you for brightening up Berkeley with your sweet treats. I always go for the same drink wherever I am—the almond milk cappuccino—and they nailed it here. Although I didn’t try any baked goods, they looked delicious. Service was excellent. Overall, a great experience with top marks for food, service, and atmosphere.

One of the staff members seemed more focused on showing her coworker a dance than paying any attention to me. The customer service was awful, and the coffee was overpriced.
