Unfortunately the kitchen forgot to make my paella, and the waitress only realized that One hour after we had ordered, which meant we had to wait another 45 minutes to eat. All of that on the night we went out to celebrate my birthday, so you can imagine how disappointed I felt other than the tardiness and the paella not being one to go there for, the other issue is that they are back to putting their tables super close to each other (less than 15 inches separated us from the other tables to our right and left): I know this is not just them, but every restaurant in the area, and it feels horrible, overcrowded, and, after having lived through COVID, extremely unhealthy.

The flavor was spot on, and it was very well seasoned and balanced. The paella has a nice crispy Socarrat layer but wished it had more. The calamari was good and fresh (as is everything else) but we wish there was a bit more crispness. The drinks were also nice and refreshing. Only wished the old fashioned had a large ice cube, but no biggy.
