Visited for nostalgia and found that prices have doubled since 2010. The portion sizes may seem smaller, but the food is still delicious. I would rate the food quality and speed 5/5. The ground beef burrito was a bit oily, but very tasty. The burrito was solid, even though it was a bit runny, with just rice and beef. The chips were crispy and well-fried, and don't forget to try the salsa bar! I didn't dine in, but th... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Burrita:
Wow, I am surprised this restaurant has over 4 stars. My boyfriend and I suffered from severe food poisoning after eating here last night. We have been vomiting all day. I believe the positive reviews are from intoxicated college students who do not know what good Mexican cuisine is. The fact that they microwave their leftovers and put them in plastic containers is concerning. We were not drunk or hungover, this was... View all feedback.
Visit for nostalgia and it is double the price from 2010. No longer cash only, portion seems smaller than memory, but still delicious. Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 Ground beef regular burrito (5) is a bit oily but so flavorful! Solid burrito (even if a bit runny) that is mostly just rice and beef. The chips are crunchy and fried well but don't forget to hit the salsa bar! Ambience: N/A ordered food to go but the shop was popping Service: 5/5 bro was super chill Value for price: 5/5 while much pricier than before, it is still comparable to other shops and absolutely delicious
If you want a burrito, there 's no reason to go anywhere else. You 'll get the best one here. Not sure what the reviews complaining about being 'treated like a white person ' are about ... everyone at LB has always been incredibly nice and friendly. The southside location is the better of the two, in my opinion, but i understand I may be wading into treacherous waters there. The irony of a taco bell thriving next door to this place is not lost on me.
Great authentic Mexican cuisine with a homemade vibe that beats out generic fast food places. It’s cheap in prices and high in quality. Always happy to support local small businesses!

The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable, considering the increase from before. Overall, while it is pricier now, the food is still delicious and comparable to other restaurants.
We were not drunk or hungover, this was definitely food poisoning. We had a steak burrito and mango agua fresca, and I think the agua fresca was the cause because our friends who only had water were not sick. I would not recommend this place, 0/10.
