Was Wanda Mraz at Ko Stop a mag?
A new restaurant that recently opened up in Sather Lane! There is a decent amount of indoor seating space and when I went around 11:30 there was no wait. While the food took a while to come out, it was delicious. We shared a medium sized fried chicken plate with rice and radish sides which are free to add on and it was enough food to feed 2 people. What Ericka Swaniawski dislikes about Ko Stop:
The food was good at first. However, the next morning I experienced severe food poisoning and uncontrollable nausea after work. I'm really disappointed since I usually enjoy eating at Bonchon. View all feedback.

New favorite chicken spot. loves the kimchi fried rice and also the honey chicken. large parts and good value
**Service:** We placed our order at a kiosk, and it did take a bit of time for our food to arrive, likely because they prepare the chicken fresh. **Food:** We opted for the medium soy chili garlic chicken along with a side of macaroni salad. The chicken was served hot, tender, and the portion size was quite generous for the price. The skin was crispy and absolutely delicious! However, the macaroni salad didn't stand out as anything special. I highly recommend this place if you're craving Korean fried chicken—it definitely gets a 10 out of 10 from me! They offer a variety of flavors to choose from, and they all sound amazing. I can't wait to return and try the honey butter garlic flavor!

The price is alright. I ordered the medium chicken and macaroni salad for 1 2 more. The macaroni was a bit disappointing for the extra cost. Selecting rice as a side dish would be a better value. I picked soy chili garlic as the flavor for my chicken. There were lots of pieces for the chicken for the price.
Soy chili garlic chicken Ttbeokki OMG the chicken was delicious probably the best I've ever had! So crispy and awesome portion. The rice cake was perfect texture and it is a bit spicy but I'd say it's like medium hot. good flavor though. If I'm ever in the area again I'm definitely coming back. Five stars for the CHEF I would say tho service wise it's a bit different and would have liked to be offered water but I think it works a bit different here. The menu didn't have water as an option.
Nestled in Sather Lane, this new restaurant has garnered mixed reactions from diners. While many rave about the delicious, crispy Korean fried chicken—particularly the soy chili garlic flavor—others have encountered issues such as food quality and service. Some patrons noted underwhelming sides, cold fries, and a lack of communication from staff, leading to dissatisfaction. Despite these setbacks, the generous portion sizes and reasonable prices have won over several guests. As the restaurant navigates early challenges, it holds potential for improvement and a strong reputation in the ever-popular realm of Korean cuisine.
