**Service:** We placed our order at a kiosk, and it did take a bit of time for our food to arrive, likely because they prepare the chicken fresh.
**Food:** We opted for the medium soy chili garlic chicken along with a side of macaroni salad. The chicken was served hot, tender, and the portion size was quite generous for the price. The skin was crispy and absolutely delicious! However, the macaroni salad didn't stand out as anything special.
I highly recommend this place if you're craving Korean fried chicken—it definitely gets a 10 out of 10 from me! They offer a variety of flavors to choose from, and they all sound amazing. I can't wait to return and try the honey butter garlic flavor!.

The food was good at first. However, the next morning I experienced severe food poisoning and uncontrollable nausea after work. I'm really disappointed since I usually enjoy eating at Bonchon. View all feedback.

That said, the food was enjoyable! We ordered the signature three-flavor fried chicken combo for just $28.99, which was a generous portion. The combo included original, sweet and spicy, and soy chili garlic chicken, along with fries and rice (the sides may vary). The sweet and spicy flavor definitely overpowered the others, and I’ll probably order it again if I come back. The original flavor was a bit bland, while the soy chili garlic was tasty. Unfortunately, the fries were cold when they arrived, but they still had a great taste. I want to give this place some leeway since there were only two cooks and one server on duty. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal, and my friend and I couldn't even finish all of it!

Soy chili garlic chicken Ttbeokki OMG the chicken was delicious probably the best I've ever had! So crispy and awesome portion. The rice cake was perfect texture and it is a bit spicy but I'd say it's like medium hot. good flavor though. If I'm ever in the area again I'm definitely coming back. Five stars for the CHEF I would say tho service wise it's a bit different and would have liked to be offered water but I think it works a bit different here. The menu didn't have water as an option.
My cousin and I went here and were disappointed. the chicken tasted like it had been Washed in soap and water and the fountain drink tastes weird like u can tell the ice is from unfiltered tap water. When the food was ready, the lady didn't tell us it was ready. We had to ask for the food and it was just sitting there so it was already cold. It wasn't even busy when we went. There were some items they were out of and didn't even say. They just said they refunded us but no proof. The communication is terrible. I would never come back. Im surprised they have good reviews. Were they paid to do that?
