There was my... read more I placed an order for pickup and was a bit shocked to be quoted an hour. I figured they were busy, so I gave them a half hour and then headed over. There was my order, cold and waiting on the counter. If you can't handle online ordering, don't. If you want to offer online ordering, make it a better experience for your customers. Give more accurate estimates, turn it off at busy times, and send an email when ready. To add insult to injury, there was no poached egg with my poached egg and toast.
