Un... read more When we inquired about the wait time for our ice cream, the staff informed us it would be around 20 minutes, as they make the waffle cones fresh on the spot. Unfortunately, this was only communicated to us after we had paid and placed our order. One employee, who seemed to be in a managerial role, was quite abrasive and unwelcoming. My friend's waffle cone arrived broken and overly doughy in the center. If you enjoy unique flavors like matcha, lychee, or Thai tea, this place might be worth a visit. However, if you’re looking for classic flavors, I wouldn't recommend it. Overall, our experience was disappointing.

The matcha egg waffle did satisfy my craving, though it wouldn't be my top pick if I were specifically craving matcha. The lychee ice cream was refreshing and not overly sweet. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience! The staff was friendly, and the interior was adorned with lots of charming decorations.

The food is incredibly fresh and delicious. Make sure to use the entrance near the BART station, as the other door is closed. It’s definitely worth the drive from Fremont—everything is just so good! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will be returning many times!
