They appear to be running a scam involving micro-scratchers. Please refer to the photo and video for a clear understanding of how customers are being deceived. Several scratchers have tiny scratched areas revealing parts of the barcode at the bottom, which are scanned into the California Lottery system, showing the exact winning amounts and the number of guaranteed winning tickets in the entire bundle. This is a serious scam, and this retailer should be held accountable for selling any California Lottery products.
