The best, pizza, cheeses and baked goods. A Berkeley (cooperatively run) institution. Don't be fooled by nearby imitations (I'm looking at you Sliver). Try their sister cooperatives in the area, Arizmendi, too! After decades of loving this place, it has sadly changed for the worse. Once a destination and experience, it is just another cheese shop. Still a great selection and bakery, it is sad to see the character and personality gone; apparently for good. Another victim of Covid. For the initiated, it may seem alright.
