It’s a true gem, brimming with charm and personality. The space is cozy, offering plenty of room for groups, as well as intimate nooks for smaller gatherings. There’s a diverse selection of cocktails and high-quality local beers on tap, plus a daily extended happy hour that includes complimentary floorless popcorn. They also offer some delightful alcohol-free options. Occasionally, the pub hosts live music and events, and it features a “Darts Series” in the back, allowing multiple games to happen simultaneously in a safe and relaxed atmosphere—no need to worry about bumping into anyone while enjoying a drink and a bite. For sports fans, there’s a television to catch the game. The Albatross, the first bar to open in Berkeley, has a rich history and is now proudly owned by two amazing women.

They also offer darts, pool, and board games for entertainment. The prices are reasonable, but do keep in mind that they only accept cash. Fortunately, there's an ATM at the front for your convenience.

They offer trivia nights, which you can sign up for in advance, as well as board games, dartboards, and a pool table. The pool table costs $8 per hour, and renting darts is only about $3. You can also get a refill on their popcorn bowl for around $2, which is a great deal considering it's free refills! They have a wide variety of craft beers, wines, and cocktails. Just remember to bring cash!
