Description

This restaurant has drawn notable criticism for its slow service and lackluster customer care. Reviewers report long wait times and errors in orders, including cold food and undercooked items. While some find the drive-thru efficient and staff occasionally friendly, the overall sentiment is disillusionment with the establishment's operations. Additionally, the lack of accessible dining space and unavailable amenities further frustrate customers, making dining here a less than desirable experience.

I've visited this location three times, and each time they've been out of extra crispy chicken. You'd think that a brand like KFC, which is famous for that specific item, would have it available. I won't be coming back. There are so many other dining options at this exit; I'd rather wait in line at Bojangles than return to KFC. I really don't understand how they remain in business. Food: 1/5, Service: 1/5, Atmosphere: 1/5.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They don't seem to care about their customers. I ordered a $50 meal and everything was cold. They also messed up my entire order, putting ingredients on the tacos and quesadillas that shouldn't have been there. I'm really surprised by this!

It seems we've all come to expect subpar, if not outright unfriendly, customer service these days. Fortunately, there wasn't any hostility here, just a lack of enthusiasm. When I walked in, the cashier was staring at her phone. I was the only person in line, but I stood there for a solid two minutes while she never looked up. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, she asked if I wanted takeout or to dine in. It took another 30 seconds before she finally glanced away from her phone to take my order. But as soon as I finished, she went right back to her phone.
