A woman was waiting t... read more Usually a 5:star take out experience. Unfortunately tonight I ordered take out at 4:55 and didn't get order til 6:20 order# 3WZG0B0BYFXBG. A woman was waiting too and said the party of 8 came in after she ordered and she got her pizza right before me.So that means her order was after mine and got it before mine, not to mention the big party etc. You guys can do better.

Once I got there I waited in store for 30 minutes until my food was ready (they cooked my pizza once I got there) While I waited I noticedhair and dust covering the tables, and dust so thick on the fans it was visibly grey. I witnessed 3 different employees eating,and then work without washing their hands. Very disappointed with the establishment as the La piaza on 40/42 is much moreupstanding.

The problem is the prices on the website menu doesn 't match the in restaurant prices and neither matches what came on the bill. The bill was a bit higher. The young lady ringing us out, our waitress, was nice when we wequestioned it but she couldn 't do anything about it. She got another lady who gave a BS response of oh, it 's the 3% service feefor the credit card. We got the bill before we said how we were going to pay and youre saying it 's a service fee on each item?Because every item was charged higher than the menu price. Again, I call BS. I just want to say that is bad business/poorcustomer service. Even though the food is good, we won 't be back.
