This particular Wendy's I went to was SLAMMED during lunch. The young lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY respectful, and the other staff were working together as well to get everyone's orders out in a timely manner. They did an AMAZING job!! PLEASE give them this message
I couldn't even get my Uber Eats order! I arrived at 10:30, and they wouldn't take my order at the drive-thru!
I've never understood we stood why this location is so horrible! I always try to give it multiple chances, but it lets me down every single time! It's always slow even when there are barely any customers. I once waited over 45 minutes in the store in a line of 3 people. You will sit in the drive thru line forever to get to the speaker, and when you finally do, you have to wait about 5+ minutes for someone to say something. The customer service is awful! They are not friendly, especially when the order is wrong. I have personally worked at Wendy's and know it's not the best job in the world, but come on! I would be embarrassed to say that I owned this place! They could make so much money if they actually would put some effort into it. I'm surprised it is still in business. The owner has to be hemorrhaging money to keep this place running.
