Great place, food is priced really well for what you get, proper Pora joint and lekker local watering hole.Recommend the peri peri chicken, steaks are great too, if you're looking for something light, the jalapeno and pepadew poppers are pretty good!My only reason why this isn't 5 star the live music is suuuper duper loud, often walk out with a sore throat! I ordered the special ice-bone dish and it was burnt to a crisp. It was nearly inedible. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, he insisted that it was fine. He was very disrespectful and I decided not to pay. I have been a faithful customer for years and have never experienced such disrespect. I will be taking my business elsewhere for food and drinks. Best restaurant..friendly staff and good food. Hubby ordered steak, medium with salad, and receives it exactly how he wanted it. My ribs..the best , just perfect. I advise all my friends and family to support this restaurant.. you will not be disappointed. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I took my sister's and friends to the Grid last week for the prawn special, (WOW) Prawns were perfectly cooked , came out of the shell perfectly, you often get a few that stick and are overcooked but man these were amazing. If you looking for good food with good prices this is a wonderful local spot. Its situated opposite the bunny park so parents can take the kids there then come eat and enjoy a drink and a meal here afterwards. They have a good variety of food and the portions are pretty reasonable. The upstairs is the vibey section which is the bar area with live entertainment and comedy nights etc. The downstairs is the more conservative family area. Been here quite a few times and for my parents birthday celebrations and have always enjoyed it. They also have big screens downstairs if you want to watch sports when there is big games. Bad bad place, owner does not take the responsibility of the security gad that insulted me, kicked me in the face. note 3 and dell laptop stolen. All he can say is that we lie. can go to cops, no evedince.
Great pub and grill for a relaxed Sunday lunch, with decent food and good prices. I especially enjoy the Black Mushrooms and the Alfredo Pasta. I've found the service to be a bit slow so make sure you're in no rush.
I really do not know what was great, the food or the person who was serving me? It is a relaxed place to go to. I strongly recommend the crumbed white button mushrooms, deep-fried and served with tartare sauce...yummy. Lekker is Grid And Grill Pub.
