I noticed all the negative comments here and felt compelled to share my experience. I visited the restaurant some time ago and I must say, the food was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t complain about the service either; the friendly waitstaff were very professional and patient as I struggled to make my decision. Cielo had an elegant atmosphere that truly impressed me. I will definitely be returning!

We were seated quickly, but then we waited abo... read more I’m giving this restaurant three stars for the food and the views. However, the service was frankly unacceptable. We were seated quickly, but then we waited about 15 minutes just for someone to take our order. The server didn’t introduce himself, so we didn’t even catch his name. After that, we waited an eternity for our food without any updates. When it finally arrived, we noticed that the pork riblets we had ordered were missing. Since no one checked on us, we were almost finished eating by the time we brought it up. Then we waited another 15 minutes for a response regarding the riblets, only to find out they had run out—information that should have been shared with us in advance. Instead, we were given chicken wings, as if that was a suitable substitute. Honestly, the milkshakes could use more attention too, but that’s a discussion for another time. The overall service was just terrible. I can’t help but wonder if it was because we didn’t have a reservation or because we weren’t subject to a 10% gratuity charge. Whatever was going on in the restaurant seemed to take priority over us.

However, the service was inconsistent due to the waiter and manager making promises that weren't fulfilled. I strongly recommend that people call ahead to inquire about drink options for the day, as you might be let down otherwise. To the owner: please consider increasing your alcohol stock. Offering a wider variety of drinks will certainly attract more customers, as the profits are primarily made from beverages rather than food or atmosphere.

I understand it's a bar, but you'd expect the music to be at a reasonable volume in a restaurant, allowing for a conversation with your partner without having to shout just to be heard. As for the food, it didn't leave a good impression. This was my first and last visit to this place.

We waited two hours for our food, and throughout the night, we only managed to get one drink because we had no waiter attending to us. When our meals finally arrived, we received just a piece of meat and chips, despite the menu stating we’d be served vegetables and wild rice. Additionally, the restaurant was out of half the alcoholic drinks listed on their menu. While the restaurant itself is beautiful, it seems that whoever is managing it is leading it to fail. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience.
