What Anonym dislikes about Grid Grill Pub:
I ordered the special ice-bone dish and it was burnt to a crisp. It was nearly inedible. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, he insisted that it was fine. He was very disrespectful and I decided not to pay. I have been a faithful customer for years and have never experienced such disrespect. I will be taking my business elsewhere for food and drinks. I recently had lunch at this restaurant and it was fantastic. The price per person was between R 450–500, but it was well worth it. The food was a 5 out of 5, as was the service and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Carnivore Snitzel, it was delicious.
Thank you for the excellent food and service. However, we were disappointed when we went to the restaurant expecting the 12 Prawn Special advertised on the internet, only to be told that it wasn't available that day. This is false advertising on your internet page, which is not acceptable. Despite this, we still enjoyed our meal. I urge you to correct this issue as I do not appreciate being deceived. I highly recommend trying the breaded pork chops and the Eisbein at this restaurant. The service is good and the food is delicious. The prices are also very reasonable. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 4 out of 5. The average price per person for a lunch meal is between R 150–200.

Best restaurant..friendly staff and good food. Hubby ordered steak, medium with salad, and receives it exactly how he wanted it. My ribs..the best , just perfect. I advise all my friends and family to support this restaurant.. you will not be disappointed. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
