It's always a pleasure to go here. The atmosphere is great. Liz does a wonderful job keeping everyone upbeat and positive. I am glad to hear they are replacing the soda machine as it always had issues.
After DoorDash botched my order, I went to the store to figure out what to do. The manager helped me out quickly and provided great customer service and resolved my issue. I am so thankful for him. I will definitely be returning often to support this establishment. Thank you so much for your service! Of course I still filed a complaint with Doordarsh to report the driver.
I love Qdoba more than chipotle. My only complaint is the meat is sometimes burnt which ruins the taste for me, I started getting them without meat. Also one time I went at 11 am and the doors were still locked.
Bathroom was gross looking, main area floor was sticky, service was slow, rice, beans, and chicken were all cold. Wouldn't have really cared as it's an off-the-interstate joint, except the manager asked us for a 5 star review as we paid. If you're goingto ask for 5 star reviews, try to at least have one area that's worth 5 stars.
