I drove back, returned the food and they made my order fresh as well as gave me a bunch of coupons. Then they proceeded to screw up my order anyway. I can say that this definitely doesnt happen often but Im not planning on going back to this taco bell for a while.

When I asked, I received a rathe... read more However, I had a frustrating experience when I tried to add a cantina chicken crispy taco to my order at the drive-thru window. When I asked, I received a rather absurd response: because my order was already ready, I could add the taco, but I would have to circle back around and wait in line again, leaving my other food to get cold in my car. The employee insisted this was their policy. I've been a loyal customer at this Taco Bell for decades and have been able to add a simple item, like a crispy taco, without any issues in the past. They would usually accommodate my request quickly. It feels like Taco Bell has raised their prices to a point where they no longer prioritize customer satisfaction, even when patrons want to try new items. Honestly, if the menu were displayed on static boards instead of constantly changing video screens, I probably would have noticed the new item I wanted to order before driving away. I'm just disappointed with the direction the restaurant seems to be heading.

The food always look non-editable and nada like the pictures. Looks like Taco Bell needs to reinvent itself with some new staff and cooks..
