Additionally, she seemed to struggle with basic math skills and was extremely rude when answering phone calls.

It was a football night and everyone and their brother was out buying pizzas for dinner. The mood was very tense on both sides of the counter. The employees see... read more It was a football night and everyone and their brother was out buying pizzas for dinner. The mood was very tense on both sides of the counter. The employees seemed to be short handed. It looked like only three of them working. The one man trying to help customers at the counter was telling his fellow coworker he was supposed to off of work already but did not want to leave them with the crush of customers they had waiting. A doordash delivery guy was waiting with us and he was saying it had been like this all day with no breaks.So I was disappointed the drive-up was closed and the selfservice pizza pickup up kiosk was not working. So my suggestion would be better staffing at key times and make sure everything is working.I will give it a second chance in the future.Parking: busy and packed, drive thru not open.

However, when I received the pizza, it was clear that it had been sitting out for some time. When I called the manager to address the issue, he claimed that the pizza had only been made 10 minutes before my scheduled pick-up time at 2. I was extremely disappointed with the lazy employees and overall appearance of the restaurant. The pizza itself was terrible and I plan on reaching out to corporate to report my experience.
