Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered online. Clearly the staff is overwhelmed. I was given ice cold sauce for my crazy bread that was cold. Waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes for food I had already paid for. If I hadn't paid online, I would have driven away.
I saw the ads and seem very positive reviews of the new Little Caesar?s Fanceroni Pepperoni Pizza, so I decided to place an order online at my next local location in Beloit Wisconsin. I order online in the hope to save time because of the last visits where I waited 20 minutes for a single order of cheese bread in a so-called hot and ready? Location in my last visit. Since the pizza tracker was stuck on the website in the oven section, I decided to only drive to the Beloit location on Cranston and wait in the Drive-Thru line. I come in a time frame that is listed on my email reception just to wait another 15 minutes. When I came to the window, I was told that the pizza had to be restored. After additional waiting, I finally get the pizza can only to find it half cooked with pepperoni on hap-hazard. Of course, I will not come back and share my experience. I will only say if you hope to continue to have a successful franchise, I suggest better care in the quality of your product and professionalism of your employees.

My wife and I visited the restaurant and waited for over 10 minutes without being attended to, despite the presence of two other customers. We could hear the manager reprimanding the staff in the kitchen, which seemed to take priority over customer service. Don't worry, we won't be coming back to disturb you any further.
I usually have great experiences at this restaurant, but I had some issues on my recent visit at 6 PM when I went through the drive-thru. After waiting for about five minutes, a young man came to the window and told me he would be with me shortly. A moment later, an older gentleman leaned out of the window, clasped his hands, and gave me a look that made me feel like I was interrupting him. I ordered three pizzas—two pepperoni and one cheese—along with three Crazy Breads and some sauces. I handed him my credit card, and he returned with the pizzas, Crazy Breads, and one sauce, mentioning that I would be getting two more sauces. While I was still waiting for my credit card, he handed it back to me along with the receipt and two extra sauces, which were only a quarter full. At this point, I was ready to leave, so I thanked him. When I got home, I found that most of the Crazy Bread wasn't cooked properly, and I received two cheese pizzas instead of the two pepperoni I had ordered. I literally watched as he entered my order into the computer, so it was clear where the mistake happened. Normally, I drive from Janesville to this location because the quality is typically better, but this experience has made me reconsider. This employee, Curtis, has a choice to make: he can either represent the business in a professional manner or find another job. We all know that many businesses are understaffed right now, but that shouldn't mean the quality of food and customer service should suffer. After this visit, I'm left wondering which location to choose between Janesville and Beloit, hoping for a better experience at one of them.
