The wait time was about 25 to 30 minutes. The staff was working diligently, but it was clear they were short-handed. Once we were seated, the service was excellent, and the food was surprisingly good. It’s worth noting that, like many places, they only offer sausage gravy; I personally prefer white gravy without pork sausage. Parking: There is plenty of parking available. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible."

Only one Waitress was good as a former gm of a restaurant this place is ran poorly and Pilot lets them do it.

Some of the staff are very experienced, while others are still learning and may take a little longer to notice when you need a drink refill or a check-in. The restaurant is always clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to eat. Occasionally, there can be a long wait, but they typically manage to seat everyone fairly quickly, usually within 30 minutes, even during busy times.
