Beautiful views but the staff is way too lackadaisical and no sense of urgency despite the fact they know we are here trying to catch a flight. Paid $22 for one... read more Beautiful views but the staff is way too lackadaisical and no sense of urgency despite the fact they know we are here trying to catch a flight. Paid $22 for one cocktail and a hot chocolate. Only received service one time when our orders were taken and brought out our waitress seemingly disappeared to the back and was nowhere to be seen.

When I brought it to the attention of the waitress (the girl with the blue hair), she told me that was how they received it, without any apology or an offer to replace it. I had to remove the bad bits and eat what I could since we were on a tight schedule and hadn't eaten anything that day. Before this incident, I was really impressed by how friendly people in Montana were. I think she should have been fired—maybe she was from Los Angeles?
