Was Suzie J at 3 BBQ a mag?
We just hosted a meeting for 10 people at Bar3 BBQ, and the catering food was absolutely delicious. The service was exceptional, and we had the perfect table for our group. Everything exceeded my expectations. We love Bar3 BBQ! View all feedback.

What Michael S dislikes about 3 BBQ:
The service and kitchen here are extremely disappointing! I arrived at 11:05 AM, shortly after the restaurant opened, and it took 40 minutes for just one salad to be served. It was frustrating to see the waitstaff stressed about the lack of food coming out while the cook/owner casually watched TV at the bar, sipping on a Red Bull. I can’t tolerate that kind of management and will not be spending my money here again! View all feedback.

I stopped in to Bar 3 BBQ just because I needed one chow, but lo and behold, it's actually a brewery as well! So that makes Bar 3 BBQ and Brewing my 237th brewery. Nice that I had some time before my flight today to make at least one brewery visit. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is big and quite nice. I sat at the bar an ss had a flight of four. I'm not going to give individual reviews this time because, well I'm tired and I just don't feel like it. I just want to have a couple beers and eat some BBQ. Sue me... I went with Helles Yeah Brother, Peacemaker Pale ale, Alpenglow amber ale, and the Prince of Darkness nitro Irish stout. I followed that up with a pint of Groomer Cruis'n coconut nitro stout. All were good beers and I won't complain about any of them. For door I ordered a 3 meat tray with brisket, bratwurst, and burnt ends. The brisket could have used a little more time on the smoker for my tastes. The burnt ends were quite good, and bratwurst is, well always good. It was quite busy at lunchtime on a Saturday but still a lot of seating available. The lady at the bar was helpful and friendly. All in all definitely worth a stop. If anyone is a glutton for punishment, please, follow my brewery, and distillery, reviews from across the U.S. and beyond! [hidden link] and if anyone is wondering who SWPFTD is you will have to check out my review of Black Market Brewing Co in Temecula, CA to understand. Yes, you will need to read into it a little to get the joke but I have confidence in you!

During a brief layover, we were eager to find a meal that surpassed the usual airport offerings, and we found just that at Bar 3 BBQ. The restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere. I tried the Electric Funeral dark IPA, and it was fantastic! If you enjoy a full-bodied citrusy IPA, you should definitely give this dark beer a shot; you won't be let down. For lunch, I ordered the walleye taco plate, which was tasty. I recommend adding some Alabama white sauce for an extra tangy kick. I also sampled the platter featuring burnt ends, ham, and pulled pork. While they were flavorful, the buns could have been fresher, which is why I gave it a 4-star rating. Our server was exceptional, and the overall vibe of the place was great, earning a solid 5-star experience. This spot was busy for a reason, so don't miss out!

Nice fun atmosphere. The bartender (she) was very welcoming and friendly. We got a table pretty quickly. The waiter we had was not as friendly but got the job done. We ordered the burnt ends with brats. The burnt ends were a bit too rich while the brat was great. We also got the baby back ribs with chicken. The ribs and chicken both were a bit dry. The allotment of sauces made up for it. The cucumber side was very refreshing. Also, the cheese grits were a standout. Super good.

Dropped in for lunch. Nice and clean restaurant. Good service and good food. Ribs were little dry but still good. All side dishes were delicious. Pretty good portion for the price. I would definitely try this place again if I'm in the area.
