To top it all off, the older gentleman who handles payments does so with a smile. He truly embodies what customer service is all about!

Personally I think their prawn avocado salad is the one of the nicest made lunches in town (hot sauce on the prawns . Love this place : Big portions by the way

The two girls looked like they had just served 1000 sandwiches yet still smiled and had wonderful personalities. The sandwiches are made with fresh brown or wheaten bread. The ingredients are lovely and fresh and the quantity is very generous. Then you get to the till and a gentleman in a suit takes your money. The level of service you get from him is what is missing in todays service sector. He makes sure they are packed neatly, that you have enough napkins, he even asked if I was going to eat in the car. When I said yes he went out the back and came out with some sandwich wrap paper and said to put it on my knee to avoid loss. That on top of the friendly demeanour and caring attitude left me with a great experience and working out when I can drive back into Belfast for another. Great job team and Happy Christmas.
